I ordered my mom a basket of yellow and white flowers in a wicker basket (see example in pic) and they sent something that is even close! I ordered what I ordered for a very specific reason. They look like they picked up what ever arrangement was already made and didn't even attempt to create what I wanted sent. Not to mention its not even in a wicker basket! This place is terrible! They will not answer or return any of my calls. They will never get a cent from me again. This is highly irritating and I'm extremely disappointed.
Terrible experience! I ordered $83 flowers for Valentine's Day a week ago. They didn't deliver at all! I had to drive to the store and asked them what is going on. They didn't even have the bouquet together, they didn't even know what I had ordered. Of course, when you notice a sign above register that they don't give refunds, it should have been the first indicator they don't stand behind their own products. So you may think, he is being melodramatic over some silly flowers. So I will put two pictures up, one of what I had ordered and what they gave me... So needless to say I will never order anything from these guys again.
